The Resource Development Office (RDO):
Manages grant funds and other fiscal allocations received by the departments within Barnstable County.
Provides county departments and local municipalities skilled assistance in researching, requesting and
acquiring grants and other needed assets.
Coordinates regional projects including the development, implementation and management of the
AmeriCorps Cape Cod program and the Green Grant Youth Council.
